Step aerobics

A Fat burning fun class, packed with great moves on and off the step which is guaranteed to raise  your heart rate. All equipment provided.

  

Combat Fitness

This is a complete body workout, improved strength and fitness will be achieved. Martial arts based moves set to music in an aerobics style format. Non - contact, no experience required.   

 

Core Fitness

This is a brilliant blend of  Thai - Chi , Yoga, Pilates and Flexibility exercises. Achieve improved strength,  better posture,  greater balance and leave this class feeling  2” taller.
